Wt Loss Journey

Starting wt: 161
Wt last post:156.5
Current Wt: 157.5
Goal Wt: 130

Well atleast I only gained one LB over the holidays since my Dec. 12 post. And I did not work out at all and ate a few sweets!!! Now I am focused once again and ready to shed the wt!!

  • Elliptical atleast 3X a week
  • No snacking!!!
  • Drink more water
  • Watch my portion sizes!
  • Do crunches after every work out and some wts
  • Prep for Power Class 
  • Lose wt this month
I think those are good goals! I am excited that at the end of this month we are starting Noah's swim lessons so that will add another form of working out :) January watch out!!! Here I come!!!!

get it girl!!!! :) i dislike trying to lose weight, i find my self making excuses ALL the time (like today!!) haha! u rock! keep it up!
