Tik Tok

 I am VERY proud to say that I have been hitting the elliptical! YAY!!! I am amazed everytime I end up doing 30 minutes! And the feeling I swear is amazing! I feel so proud of myself. And proud for Noah to have a momma that is facing her fears!!
  Here I am sweaty, red faced, wrinkled, and HAPPY! 
Start out weight: 161
Current weight: 156.5
Goals: continue to do the elliptical every other day for 30 minutes, then do crunches afterwards. (skipping wkends)
Plan to add group power class in January :)
Continue to eat better, not perfect, but it is all one step at a time!
So far I changed my breakfast to strawberries and cream oatmeal and that has made a big difference. Plus I am skipping desserts at holiday parties right now. I may splurge this upcoming wkend on one treat :)

FYI: I had to share how I am pushing myself on the elliptical. Well, first off I make sure I have a great playlist to rock out to. Anything that gets you going and pushes you! For me it is b.spears (gimme more), ke$ha (tik tok), and Katy perry (E.T.) just to name a few! Then I picture women I know with multiple kids that look great and fit. I kinda work on my mind and push myself that way. It is a great therapy session, HA! Anything that is bugging me, I use that to push myself. Then at the end I do crunches. I am starting out slow. I can only do 30 and I am dying. Hoping to add more each time. After crunches and stretching I sit and listen to something calm and meditate for a minute :) I listened to demi lavato (skyscraper) today! That is what works for me! Thought I would share :)
